Hi,
I want to take serial numbers of all phones for call manager 8.6. I tried "Netpacket-cucm-phone-audit-tool" but it is valid for cucm 9.x version.
Can anyone tell me how same tool can be used for cucm 8.6 ?
Also I tried, "serial grabber" but it is not capturing 3905 model phones serial numbers. For " cisco IP inventory tool", i amre getting error while installing perl/required components.
So can anyone suggest me, how to use Netpacket-cucm-phone-tool for 8.6 or any other tool which can capture 3905 phones serial number also.
