HTTP 500 Error

Guys,

Got an issue with CM4.2.4sr1

It appears to be a certificate issue but not too sure. When I access using IE 6 or 7 I get prompted for the first login and as soon as I do this I get HTTP error 500. If I connect using Firefox I dont get this error, but for configuration reason and customer policy cant use firefox so need to resolve the IE issue.

In ie7 I also get a security warning.

" the current Web page is trying to open a site in your trusted sites list. Do you want to allow this?

Current site res://ieframe.dll

Trusted site: https://172.16.24.1

I have tried to look for the certificate to re-install but does not appear to be stored.

Any ideas

Paul

Re: HTTP 500 Error

Hi

I know that IE 7 is not supported

and I also saw this kind of problems on my customer site

If you will use just IE 6 - it should not happen

Re: HTTP 500 Error

Im using IE 7.0 with CCM 4.1(3) and it s working just fine.

the Error http 500 is generally a server side problem. So you may check the Configuration and logs of your IIS server (C:\WINNT\system32\LogFiles\W3SVC1).
