Hung voice call

Hi, how do I clear a hung call on CME?

DN 26 has active call on interface 50/0/26 CH1

Hi Mike,

Have you tried;

shut/no shut on the voice port and see that clears it.

or

The following example resets the Cisco IP phone with a phone-tag of 1:

Router(config)# ephone 1

Router(config-ephone)# reset

Thanks Rob. A reset of the phone didn't clear the hung call leg.

I would like to try a shut/no shut on the voice port, but it would allow me to select any voice ports to shut.
