Hunt group Issue with CCM 4.1.3

Hi,

We have recently upgraded a customers CCM to 4-1-3. Since this has happened, anytime we lose ip connectivity or reboot a server, our hunt groups stop working and we have to manually delete the pilot point twice and rebuild it along with the huntgroup itself. We are using the old method of Hunting, ie Pilot Point & Hunt group. Would this happen if we used the new method of Huntlist/HuntGroup/HuntPilot. Has anybody had issues like this before? It sounds very like a bug in the software.

It is causing major issues for our customer, as calls that ring the store are routed to the pilot point and if this is down, no calls get through. There are currently 3000 phones across multiple sites and there is 1 publisher and 2 subscribers attached to the network.

Automated recovery exists. If a Cisco TCD service fails, another Cisco TCD service takes over.

Check if the TCD service is running ok all callmanager servers.
