hunt group status under CM 4.2

I need to know how many staff are logged into a certain hunt group at any one time.

We have device pools for individual depts. Is there a way to narrow the search down to individual pools? I know the hlog key works on the phone rather than the profile or ext number. Could the status be seen for individual ext numbers??

Check the performance object 'Cisco hunt lists' and counter 'Membersavailable'

You can select this per configured HL, but it doesn't give you an overview of individual

line group members but only total number

available at that time.

There are no plans to bring this in the future. This is more like a Contact Center feature which is provided by a different product.

Thanks. I think one of our managers is trying to make sure staff don't "accidently" log themselves out in order to take less calls.

I could take away their option to log in/out though....
