Hunt Pilot incoming call from PSTN gets disconnected in CUCM 8.5

                   Hello guys!

When a PSTN phone calls into a configured hunt pilot in CUCM 8.5, the internal phones ring as configured (broadcast) but if no one answers the call gets disconnected after three rings. Please help and thanks in advanced.

Hi,

what have you configured as your cfwd noan on your hunt pilot? If you have not configured anything, then i dont see a problem. The call cant ring forever. It will ring the destination based on your configured timer. Have a look here at how to configure hunt pilot settings..
