Hunt pilot queue silence

Hello ,

we have problem with Hunt pilot in queue .

when user receive calls from PRI  and forward to hunt pilot

the user hear silence in queue.

scenario: Pri(MGCP)->extension answer-> user transfer to Hunt Pilot

if user call from external number to hunt pilot directly he hear music.

my CUCM : 11.5.1.11900-26

any idea ?

Does the transferring phone have an MRGL assigned? Does it have MOH settings either at the phone level or via a Common Device Configuration?

we assigned MRGL to phone and it is didn't solve the problem .
any idea ?

The problem occurs only when everyone in a call .
if user available we hear ring .

Do you have a MOH audio source assigned to the phone?

we fix issue .

we change this Parameter in CUCM :

Service Parameter -> *Duplex Streaming Enabled* to set to True
