Dear all,

I have CCM 4.2.

I want to add new three ip phones in my three gates for my plant and i ask :

If i can make the three extensions to be Non-DID numbers and at the same time to be located in a hunt group with one hunt pilot with DID extension to be called from outside, at the same time to be called from inside the plant with its  Non-DID number.

As long as you have the routing to reach the DNs it doesn't matter if they're DIDs or not

You’ll need to add your Hunt pilot 1519999, Create the 3 ext 152000, 152001 and 152002 and add them to the hunt group. Add the EXT for the DID 801-555-1212 EXT: 51212 and forward it to the pilot number 1519999.

Ok, thx a lot, but, how i add DID number(which will be forworded to the pilot) without phone set

Your hunt pilot can be the DID number if you want.
