HUNTING CONFIG HELP!!

Hi all,

We want to configure MD’s phone in such way that when external calls came on MD’s number it will first land to his secretary then by another secretary & then by floor operator.

Could you please help us to full fill above requirement.

I tried hunting but I do not want to make the MD's number as pilot  number as he do not want any call to be landed on his ip phone

how to fix this its urgent

Hi, Please try this, if it is cucm.

- create MD's extn in Restricted Partition and again the same number with Unrestricted partition.

- create the hunt pilot number with MD's extn with Unrestricted partition and add the secretary and operator phones into the hunt group

- assign the restricted partition to the secretarys and floor operator's phones, so that they can transfer the call to MD's phone.
