Hunting - Line Group Configuartion

Hi,

I created a line group with 3 line group members. I selected distribution as top down. Everytime I call the the hunt pilot number it selects the 2nd DN in the line group. My understanding is that it should select the 1st DN in the list. I have already checked and made sure that all of the DN's are logged into the hunt group. Can anyone assist?

Couple of aspects to verify:-

Verify in the route-plan report that there is no duplicate DN for the first DN in the line-group.

Verify that the phone does not have CallForward configured.

There is also a known bug with CCM 4.x which affects the line groups. You may have to re-start the CallManager..
