Hunting members cannot use CFwdAll setting

Hi Guys,

I have a hunting group members for a pilot number 1000. Let's say there are 2 members M1 and M2 in a TOP DOWN approach. M1 received a call from pilot 1000 but wants to enable the call to be forwarded to his mobile. This does not work but if calls is meant for M1 extension, it works perfectly. Is this normal?

I am using Call Manager ver 8.6.2aSU1 and phones type are all 8961 with firmware 9.2.4.

Any advise?

Hunting members cannot use CFwdAll setting

That's expected to happen and it's WAD, any call forward setting from the DN is ignored if the call arrives via a hunt pilot.

As you've seen, they only work if you call directly the DN.

Your only option is to configure SNR.
