I can not establish voice conference with CUCM 7.1.3!

Hello to all;

I have a working telephone exchange with CUCM 7.1.3, where Extension Mobility is used to register the devices users of rest is configured with a power standard CUCM, the problem I have now is that I can not set the conference between internal check and create the services on a Mrgl where all existing device Pools can tenrlos and saw to the test by registering devices from scratch in Mrgl does not work.

If you have a contribution to help me achieve or an indication that leads me to find the solution I'll be very grateful.

Have you already checked codec issues along with MRG/MRGL assignment?
