I can't open Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express through Browser

Hello All,

We have Cisco 1861, I have done Voip deployment on it, i attached my running-configuration & Flash details, can anyone look it, help me or please let me know if  I am wrong anywhere in config because I'm Unable to open Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express throuh Browser..

Please help me

What do u see when u http://cme_ip_source/ccme.html ?

Which browser (version?)

Hello Dilip,

Thanks for your reply, when i tried to open on browser by http://10.1.20.1/voiceview/common/login.do
I'm getting page can not be displayed, & when i tried to ping router i am able to ping  pls look
I'm able to ping  Vlan 1 (192.168.8.1), Vlan 100 (10.10.10.1)
but unable to ping 10.1.20.1 it's Address for Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express

I hope u understand my issue, pls help

Vikrant,

Your problem is reachability! add route to your PC via CMD to the destination and you should be fine, here is an example

route add -p mask

route add 10.1.20.1 -p mask 255.255.255.0

The -p switch When used with the ADD command, makes a route persistent across boots of the system.

Also make sure your http is enabled.

Not to be rude but I think you are confused....

Your original post was about not being able to get into CME GUI

and I asked you what u see when trying to go to

http://

But now, it seems you are trying to access VoiceView which is a

CUE feature (not CME)

What are u trying to do ? Can u clarify so that we can understand

andadvise?

If u infact needs voiceview asst. you shd check out:
