I cannot add more than 3 participants to conference call. It drops automatically.

Hello all

I have a problem with conference call. I can add only two parties to conference call. When I add the third one, it automatically drops one of previous members. My conference bridge is software.

is the conference bridge from cucm registred or accessable by the phone? (MRG and MRGL)

Bounce the SW CFB and check for codec issues, and you're not entitled for PDI services, there's an entitlement tab in the link about what you require to reach us.

And the codec is G711, as we know SW Conference bridge works only with this codec
