I configure multiple line appearance, but i can not transfer why?

Hi Everybody,

Thank you for your response, but i have a little problem. I configure all that indicate in this manual and it works well, i answers several calls and put in hold a call and answer other call, but the trouble in this case is when i want to transfer to other number in the company the softkey appear inactive and i can not transfer any call :(

I can call this IP Phone 7931 without problems and it can call other phone in the company too, the only problem is in the moment that i want to transfer, what can i do?, thank you in advance.
