IAD2432 problems with old Merlin SX200 PBX

We have a customer with a very old Merlin SX200 PBX that is connecting to the T1 port of our IAD2432.  After a lot of experimentation and constulting other teams in my company,  I was able to get this setup so they could send and receive calls, but at least once a day, something happens and they are no longer able to make calls anymore.  I am out of ideas.  Can somebody please help, if possible?

Below is the essential parts of the configuration of the IAD:

isdn switch-type primary-dms100

isdn logging

voice rtp send-recv

If there are any other pieces of the config you may need to view, please let me know.  Below is the error that occurs from the debugs I have running (q921 and q931):

IAD2432 problems with old Merlin SX200 PBX

Errors comes from PBX, so most likely fault is on that side.

However, check "show controllers T1, and try comparing with a working call.
