I need to up the RAM in my 3 7815 ibm call manager servers and cannot find a IBM part number. I tried to order from my Cisco reseller and they asked for the IBM part number as well. Does anyone know how to order ram for these servers?
I ordered the 2 gb kit model # 30R5149 and it did not even fit. My servers are 3 years old, could they have changed the RAM. I opened a ticket with Cisco and they are not sure. There is no IBM markings on the server so I can not even go direct with IBM. Any help would be great.
