I have 10 phones that are part of a Hunt Pilot, 1474. These "phones" are also agents in IPCC using their same extension. This cannot be changed for other reasons. I need to find a way to display "1474" or "text" on the phone when it rings to a phone that's part of 1474 Hunt Pilot. I can successfully do this by setting the "Calling Party Transform Mask" field of the Hunt Pilot to 1474.
Problems with doing it this way...Our reporting environment and call recording environment shows the "calling party number" & "called party number" as 1474 instead of the "calling party number" as the caller's CID and the "called party number" as the user's extension it was calling...making it impossible to search for calls.
1. Is there any way around this?
2. Can I display "text" and/or "Hunt Pilot" number on the phone?
