Identify Internal Calls and External Calls In CCME
Is there any way that we can identfiy internal and external calls in CCME.
If possible can we make it ring differently?
Is it possible to treat the internal call and external call differently?
I have an extention A, A is busy, Normally when A is busy All the call are forwarded to the reception. I dont need if the person calling is from an internal extension to reach recpetion. Only external callers should reach.
