Browse to the CSS section through Call Routing/Class of Control/Calling Search Space and find the one you are interested in. When viewing it's config, select 'Dependency Records' from the drop down 'related links' box on the right and hit go.
It will show you any lines etc using that CSS.
You might have to enable it via System/Enterprise Parameters if someone hasn't done so already.
