Anyone use this with Unity or CallManager? Does the new version really give you console access with keyboard mouse, etc? Does it effectively replace the KVM then?

You have to buy an Advance License for iLO, then you have a console, where you can use mouse and keyboard.

Have a look at the HP pages, there you find an evaluation key for testing this feature.

Yes: It replaces KVM.
