importing CCME users into CUE

Hi.

I've got a 2811 thats running CUE and CCME.

I've added some users foolishly using the CCME web page and not via the CUE web page.. obviously there's now disparity between the users so I can't configure mailboxes for these users as I can't seem them in CUE now.. How do I import them?

How many users? You can always configure them manually in CUE.

I had a tech report a weird issue with that recently, he was on a UC500, but said someone working on a CME saw the same thing. They ended up copying out their configuration for the problem phones and deleting it from the router, then plugging the phones in and letting the system rediscover them, so they showed up as available phones in CUE, but they did not do any config at that point - then they pasted the removed config back into the router, and all was well, CUE showed them fine after that.
