Just a question... Does the endpoints report status for call activity ("in call", "idle" etc.) when you click on a endpoint in Navigator? Does the endpoints have the host name of TMS as the managemet address? Are DNS settings on the endpoints configured?
My experience is that everything looks normal, the database scanner service is running, but the endpoints does not report activity correctly when the above settings are messed up...
If it is only Conference Control Center that does not work I would look into Java issues (upgrade Java on server and client).
