Inbound call problem with SIP trunk - Cisco Callmanager

I am having a problem integrating a AVAYA CS100 Release 5 and Cisco callmanager 8.5

From a cisco phone We can make a SIP call , but we cannot receive a SIP call.

I need to know is this normal to have  URI like this?

INVITE sip:7092;phone-context=cdp.udp@volcan.com:5060;maddr=10.24.2.2;transport=tcp;user=phone;x-nt-redirect=redirect-server SIP/2.0

From: <sip:1007;phone-context=cdp.udp@volcan.com;user=phone>;tag=210e8890-320012ac-13c4-40030-21237b-1633b6dd-21237b

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide

PD:I have checked the CSS and I think that are ok.

go to call manager enterprise parameter

in the field 

Cluster Fully Qualified Domain Name

add *.volcan.com

I have this same problem with a customer.  The Nortel CS1000MG is sending XXXX@name.local and CUCM doesn't accept the call.  I am trying the solution tonight and post how it went.
