I have a voice gateway with a T1 line. A toll free number is associated with it.
All was working fine till yesterday and i am not able to receive any inbound calls on the number. Outbound calls are still working fine
following is the configuration on my VG

Can you actually see the 800 number hitting the gateway?
Do a debug isdn q931 and see if the number gets routed properly by the provider. If all was working fine, then stop working I will work my way from the outside in.
It got solved. The JTAPI subsystem was inactive in the customer response application.
Once the engine was restarted, it got solved.
