Inbound Caller ID - 4 lines of data - CME UC540

Hi All,

I have run into a unique problem that I cannot seem to make any progress on.

We recently moved to a SIP trunk and inbound Caller ID is not acting as it should.

When calls come in (over SIP trunk) 4 lines of data displayed on the user's phone.

Looks something like this:

5552223333

(+915552223333)

8889990000

8889990000

- where 5552223333 is the calling number and 8889990000 is the called number

Before the migration to the SIP trunk, the +91 was added so users could dial from call history.

I think the first calling and called number appearences are really a called-id name defaulting to the number...

Running on a UC540 with Software Pack 8.6.2 - all phones are 7940's

Internal calls display correctly.

Any help here is much appreciated.

Chris
