Inbound/Outbound Call Volume

Is there a quick way to find out how many calls are currently outbound or inbound on the gateway, either on the gateway, CallManager, or RTMT?

RTMT is a great way to do this. Or if using windows based callmanager, you can run the Performance monitor tool and choose the right counters.
