inbound SIP CCME 8.1

Hi,

We've just upgraded our CME in the office to 8.1 and are now seeing inbound SIP failing with 403 forbidden.

Any ideas?

You might be running into the new toll fraud prevention implemented in 15.1(2)T:

You just need to add the ip address of your sip provider to the trust list to allow calls to pass.  If this not the issue, we'll need to see some debugs:

debug voip ccapi inout

debug ccsip all
