InboundCall on E1 port

Hi all ,

I have CUCM v9.1 and  Cisco2921 as a MGCP gateway to access PSTN through two E1 ports. I don't have a problem on Outbound call.

For inbound call ,

My number of E1 is 269408XX ,  the extension schema of ip phones is 08XX , but I can't make a call and this error comes out.

debug isdn q931 is              ON.

InboundCall on E1 port

You should have Inbound CSS containing the partition of those extensions.

ex: lets say if the extensions are in 'PT_Extn' partition then create a css as 'CSS_Inbound' add the 'PT_Extn' to it. Assign the CSS to GW for 'Call Routing Information - Inbound Calls'

ok, that should be fine. you have the right inbound css assigned?

also do you apply any translation pattern for these inbound calls before routing them to the ip phones?

No , i don't have any inbound CSS assigned and i didn't apply any translation pattern .

I think I don't need translation pattern becuase i use this schema on ip phones 08XX ,

This look like partition/css issue. Check this thread - https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2007133.

Thanks
