incoming call disconnects with call-forward noan

cisco 2651xm router

IOS: c2600-adventerprisek9-mz.124-15.T9.bin

running a sip trunk

7940 ip phone firmware version 8.0(4.0)

cisco ATA186 S/W Version 3.02.03(051201A)

H/W Version 0x0013 0x0000

I'm trying to use the call-forward nonan feature so that an incoming call (from the sip trunk) will get diverted to my ATA phone if not answered, but the incoming call gets dropped after just a few seconds. The external caller hears a couple of rings and then a continuous tone signifying a disconnect.

I have a cisco 7940 ip phone that receives the incoming calls from the sip trunk and a cisco ATA that runs a second internal phone. Attached is my (stripped down) running config. I did find another thread about this problem but I couldn't resolve this issue. Thanks for any pointers.

Re: incoming call disconnects with call-forward noan

Hi

You need to have following configs

voice service voip
no supplementary-service sip refer
no supplementary-service sip moved-temporarily

!

Review it for further information.

Thanks
