Incoming call fail to establish on PSTN number

While trying to configure direct line on my CUCM, PSTN line has been terminated and 7 digit number configured on my IP phone while Ringing from outside I can see the incoming call on my handset

However the issue is when the call is answered the call continues to ring unable to establish a call

 

Kindly please find the debug and running configuration which may help to provide real time problem.

What type of gateway is involved in the call flow? if it is h323 then based on the symptoms, try the resolution from the following post
