If incoming call to Cisco Phone, and Cisco Phone CFWDAll to another Cisco Phone, the call is successful.
If incoming call to Cisco Phone, and Cisco Phone is forwarded to Unity, the call fails/drops.
It could be a transcode issue. I have a transode MRG router elsewhere on the VoIP network and have included this in the MRGL for the Router/Cisco Phones. Is there any config required on the H323 gateway router where the incoming call forwarded to Unity fails?
Perhaps this is a dial-peer issue, I have dial-peers for incoming calls to 73.. extension. The voice mail ports are from 77.. (8 ports).
Disconnecting the call during the transfer is during the xcode negotiation. They need local dsp xcode resource to do the job but not from CCM. Ensure local DSP resource is there for xcoding capability.
