we have sip line from ISP saudi telecom, we configured the SIP trunk
outgoing is working through the SIP trunk
but there is no incoming on the sip trunk (as per ISP the call is reaching the IP PBX)
post "debug ccsip messages" of the incoming call.

it was related to codec config in autoattend
call was not coming to going to AA number, now its working
