incoming call pblms CCM5.1 Integration with Asterisk sip server

I have ccm5.1 integrated with Asterisk SIP server using SIP trunk.Outgoing calls to the sip server frm ccm is working fine but i am not getting calls frm sip server to CCM and while i am using G729 codec i cant make even the outgoing calls frm ccm to sip server

anybody hav any idea abt this?

Does this problem only with g729 codec?

No,using g729 both incoming and outgoing calls r not working.With g711 codec outgoing calls r working fine but not the incoming calls.

Could you please check the SIP Trunk Security Profile configured for the Asterisk trunk and check that Incoming Port Required Field it is set to 5060 which is the Asterisk default.

or change it in Asterisk to match it.

Also check Incoming CSS for the SIP trunk

I hereby enclosing the screen shots of SIP trunk and SIP sec.profile.I think the problem is with the NAT ing.Our CCM is behind the firewall and SIP server is outside network.I cant understand why the call is not going while using the g729 codec,

i mean the outgoing call frm CCM to SIP server.Using g711 its working well.
