incoming call problem

hi,

i have a problem with the external incoming calls. the calls are ringing but no thing detected by the iphone. the incoming calls have no problem.

Which IP phone are you using? What is the CallManager version? Need some more information to help.

Hello,

Sounds like maybe a dial-peer problem. Do a "debug voip dialpeer all" and see which incoming dial-peer the call is matching. Also try adding incoming called number . to your pots dial-peers.
