Incoming Caller Id showing as 'O'

Incoming call xxx-xxx-xxxx ----->Autoattendent--->punch down the ext--->Phone rigns(caller Id as 'O')

In the voicemail system, do you have it set up to transfer the call as a supervised transfer or release to switch?  I realize there are reasons to do it as supervised, but I would bet that this is also the cause of your issue.  Try changing it to release to switch for testing and see if it doesn't change the behavior.

Got the solution from Cisco tac after troubleshooting for 1week with 5 TAC eng....Problem root cause was dial-peers ware configured for SRST fallback..when in call was hitting the port for first ring it was showing caller id but for second ring it was hitting dial-peer with incoming called-number . and caller id was missing at this hit and showing as calling number 'O'....by removing this dial-peer configuration problem solved...So its all about the wrong dial-peer configuration.Thank you Cisco for you support and assistance...
