I was wondering if there is any way to change an incoming caller ID.
Here's the situation:
I'll be asked to set up a single DID that will be configured on all Elevator Emergency call autodiallers. I'll have the originating number and would like to translate the caller ID to a Site ID number and elevator number so that Dispatch will be able to see quickly where the call is coming from.
My current setup is CUCM8.5 with MGCP gateways. PRI at the central site and standard POTS lines going to a dmark at the external sites. Any ideas?
