Incoming calls get fastbusy from h323 ATA to IP PHONe

I NEED FOR HELP GUYS!!!!PLEASE

I have the following scenario.

When I call from telefono DN:9510 attached to h323 ATA through the h323 IOS Gateway to CallManager at IP PHONE DN: 9002.

The IP PHONE rings but as soon as I pickup the PHONE, I get a fastbusy tone.

I ran some debug:

1. debug voip ccapi inout, and it showed the disconect cause code is 47.

2. show h323 gateway, it gave the same code disconect.

I was looking on Cisco web I couldn?t fine any informacion.

Please post your config for your H323 gateway. It appears that the call is using the same dial-peer for incoming AND outgoing call legs. You might want to try separating that part first by adding a separate dial peer for the outgoing call leg.
