Incoming calls issue with GW running H.323

Hello Folks,

I have a random problem I have a branch that have 4 FXO ports for incoming calls, configured as a PLAR. randomly when somebody calls to that branch on the caller end it will ring all the time and no phone will ring on the branch, the caller hangs up, calls for a 2nd time and the call goes through.

could you point me on the right direction

why you dont do the following command under the FXO port

connection plar opx 4001

where 4001 one of internal directory numbers u can put whatever number u have internally

this will take the call directly to that number
