Incoming PSTN to SIP dial peers not providing incoming number

We have a 2811 with IP Voice IOS and and incoming ISDN PRI, which connects to a SIP PBX.

Calls are being treated by their dial-peers correctly, the only thing we have an issue with is that the external calling number is not passed in the SIP incoming message, in fact we have nothing passed in the incoming SIP invite.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Possibly there is no calling number in the incoming call. Debug isdn q931 prove that.
