Incorrect CDR data

Hi All,

I am facing a strange issue. i am having cucm 5.1, and configured an ftp server on pc to obtain the cdr flat files. The issue is the Disconnect Cause code is not the correct cause for call disconnect. Disconnect cause code for calls between two IP phones are perfect. From IP phone to PSTN, the cause code is always normal call clearing (cause code 16) even if the pstn user is busy, no answer, or any other status.The PSTN Calls are routed through MGCP Gateway with E1 PRI. I also checked the debug isdn q931, there i am able to obtain the correct cause code. Please help me to obtain the correct disconnect cause code through cucm CDR.
