Hola,
Tengo un Call Manager Express 8.6.1 y un Services Module (SM) with Services Ready Engine (SRE). Estoy intentando instalar la version de Unity Express 8.6.1 pero cuando el sistema empieza a subir los paquetes aborta la extraccion del paquete "cue-installer.SPA.sme.8.6.1" sin embargo el sistema extrae los otros paquetes. al final me dice que se ha cometido un error en el proceso de instalacion y el proceso queda cancelado.
Pense que podria ser que el paquete se encontrara defectuoso, lo volvi a descargar de Cisco pero el problema continua.
La carga la estoy realizando por medio de servidor TFTP paso a paso segun la guia de Cisco http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/routers/access/interfaces/software/feature/guide/ism-sm-sre.html#wp1119304
