Install Service Module with Services Ready Engine(SRE) Version 8.6.1. CME 8.6
I have a Call Manager Express 8.6.1 and a Services Module (SM) with Services Ready Engine (SRE). I´m trying to install the Unity Express 8.6.1 version but when the system starts uploading the packages it aborts the package extraction "cue-installer.SPA.sme.8.6.1" however the system extracts the other packages. At the end it says that there has been an error in the installation process and it gets cancelled.
I thought that maybe this was happening because the package was defective, I downloaded it again from cisco's web page but still same problem.
