I have installed Cisco Personal Communicator, but it is't registered in CUCM.
I have about 100 free units remainig.
Question: Should I upload special license for CUPC or I did something wrong?

Do you have CUPS also?
for CUPC to be registered you should be using it as SIP Phone.
Are you login into CUPC?
Server healt in CUPC is fine?

I have the second question:
I have installed CUPS and configured it with link
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cupc/7_0/english/installation/guide/reqserv.html
I have connected to CUPS, but CUPC is in offline state.
I use CUPC 7version, Presence and CUCM 6 version.
Should I use CUPC version 2??
What can be the problem of this issue?
