Insufficient Bandwidth

Hi Guys,

My Customer have a solution with CallManager version 5.1.3 and are with the following problem: There are a one site that have the link with 2Mb, and  when the user try to do call for another site or PSTN the IP Phone show insufficient bandwidth. I Verified that the location was with 128K and change to 1024, but the problem continues. The Customer pass the information curious, he told me that the problem occur only user is using IP Phone 7912 and 7941, the problem not occurr when he  use IP Phone 7911. I didn´t found bug about this. Anybody have Idea about this problem?

Hi Wilson,

Are the 7912s and 7941s in the same device pool as 7911 and are they using the same CSS. You can enable the detailed call manager traces on all the servers to capture the information for a failed call. It would be a good idea to do a "Resync Bandwidth" for the affected location.
