If I want to creat Inter_cluster non_gatekeeper controlled between CCM 4.2 & CCM 5.0 it could be? If yes how can I assign G729 codec between them.

I can not understand you, but.

I want to connect with another city allready have cluster and we want just to configure a trunk between the two cluster I have a local device pool and I do not know about them pool how can I configure My CCM to talk with them via trun with G729.

Hi,

You have CCM in City A and CCM in City B. Now the device pool which you have in city A is A_DvP and in city B is B_DvP. When u configure the device pool then there you need to specify the Region also. For city A the region will be A_Reg and for city B region will be B_Reg. When you create the 2 regions then just select the compression of g.729 for each other.

A_Reg ---- g.729 ---- B_Reg

B_Reg ---- g.729 ---- A_Reg
