Interference on all Auto-Attendant features, PBX Generated Messages

Implemented the UC560 system with a Cisco ESW-520-24P Switch.  System is experiencing interference when the auto-attendant picks up or any other PBX generated messages occur, i.e., Auto-Attendant, Night Attendant, Voicemail box, Music/Message on Hold, etc.  Communications vendor monitored circuit, concluding that the Local Access and Voice Ports are testing 100% clean, leading them to believe it is a PBX issue.
