I am having issues with little echo on internal calls. Calls from PSTN works fine, but internal calls have slight echo. I checked all the avenues, including people using headsets etc, but still problem persists.
Is there any setting that i can change to minimize this effect? Below are the firmware version we are using for our devices.

You may want to double check to see if Silence suppression is set to false in the the Call Manager Service Parameters>Clusterwide Parameters (Service)>Silence Suppression. If you have any IP to IP gateways also make sure you're not using VAD.
