We have a group of people working as an internal helpdesk. Calls are distributed to them using a hunt pilot etc. When they call the users, we would like it if the hunt pilot number shows up as the calling party instead of the actual number of the person. I know I've seen documentation regarding this in the help included with callmanager, but can't find it anymore. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Use calling transformation patterns.

Configure a translation pattern for them and change the calling party to be the hunt pilot DN.
