Greetings -
I have many 7960s/7912s registered with CUCM v6.1. Everything is working properly except for one thing - whenever a user dials another internal extension (5050, for example) only the extension number is displayed on the phone of the calling party. However when the called party picks up, the display changes to show both the extension AND the display ID (user's name).
Is there any type of setting I can adjust so that the calling party phone displays both the called party's extension and name instead of just the extension number (unitl the user picks up)?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have configured the Alerting Name field, the description of the behavior is you only configured the Display (Internal Caller ID)
